液壓折合一體機：

液壓折合一體機包括支架、工作臺和夾緊板，工作臺置于支架上，工作臺由底座和壓板構成，底座通過鉸鏈與夾緊板相連，底座由座殼、線圈和蓋板組成，線圈置于座殼的凹陷內，凹陷頂部覆有蓋板。

使用時由導線對線圈通電，通電后對壓板產生引力，從而實現對壓板和底座之間薄板的夾持。由于采用了電磁力夾持，使得壓板可以做成多種工件要求，而且可對有側壁的工件進行加工。

該設備適用于冷軋板、熱軋板、鍍鋅板、彩涂鋼板、不銹鋼板筒形零件縱縫咬合，特別是太陽能熱水器、電熱器、熱泵水箱等產品的外殼，材料厚度0.4~0.6mm,折邊和壓合兩道工序在同一臺設備上完成，不打鉚釘可經受高壓發泡，縱向平整，圓周光滑，外觀美觀。采用液壓系統，工作壓力可根據工件材料和大小設定。是產品規格多、產量大的企業的佳選擇。
